I want to thank Carl McGrady for his exceptional attention to my service call. He was the tech on call when I contacted Ultra Guard 8/11/11. He tried troubleshooting over the phone and determined I would need to put in a service request the next day. (My problem was that I had no dial tone and Verizon has said it was not a problem with my phone lines and it had to be my alarm interfering.) After hanging up with Carl, he called me back within the next few minutes. He said he had some time the next day and would stop by and that he didn’t think I should go through the weekend without a phone line. Carl came out the next day and found that the problem was indeed a faulty phone jack and fixed it! I was so impressed by his offer to come out the next day and then to learn that he had fixed what the phone company couldn’t! THANK YOU to Carl! He actually installed my alarm 10 years ago when I first moved into my house…Thanks Again!

I just wanted to say how nice it was to have the cameras at the house after the earthquake. I couldn’t get through to our au pair using the phone.
However, I could look at the cameras using my iphone and see that the cameras were still working and the gardeners were just going about their business. All appeared calm and peaceful.

This past service call we made was to locate why the alarm control would just start beeping.
